Demetrius is our Chief Business Development Officer and founding partner. He's a job search and employment expert with 10+ years of experience in human resources, career development, and recruitment strategy. With a focus on online job searching, professional networking, and employment trends and technologies, he provides a wealth of knowledge to the TalentWise team.
In his free time, Demetrius enjoys fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family. He is a seasoned traveler and plays multiple instruments.
Liz is an experienced professional and the Chief Marketing officer and founding partner at Talent-Wise. After experiencing success with project management in the IT and Software industries, Liz has decided to flex her passion for project management and mentorship at TalentWise. What she loves most about TalentWise is having the opportunity to connect with job seekers.
Liz is a mother of 3 with a baby on the way and enjoys spending her spare time with her family. Liz and her husband are big fans of the Indiana Pacers and also love to travel with Cozumel being their favorite recently visited location.
Lemma is our Chief People and Diversity Officer and founding partner. With a robust background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and leadership that spans multiple industries; retail, non-profit and tech startups. Her passion is creating recruiting programs, initiatives and policies that promote diversity.
After hours, you can find Lemma at a concert or at the beach with her husband and bonus sons. With one on the way, they are excited to have a new addition to the family. She also enjoys traveling and landscaping.
